Square Construction Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Safety Supervisor to oversee and assist in managing contractors' work with a strong emphasis on safety and environmental practices.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in safety supervision, has completed the 43-hour OSHC/CIC training, and can communicate in English and Chinese. A valid driver’s license is preferred and immediate availability is desired.

Competenze

• Completed a 43-hour Safety Supervisor training organized by OSHC/CIC.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Independent, responsible, reliable, analytical and well organized with good interpersonal skills
• At least 3 years of experience in safety supervisor training
• Applicants must possess a driver's license
• Priority if holding a vehicle license.

Mansioni

• Report to the Safety Officer and assist in managing and supervising the contractors' work in a safety- and environmentally friendly manner.
• Implement all site safety requirements as laid down in the Health and Safety Policy and the Project Safety Plan.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety walks.
• Prepare materials for regular site safety report, meetings, promotion and follow-up work.
• Review environmental and safety measures, procedures and conduct training.
• Investigate incidents, identify preventive measures and prepare reports.
• Promote safety awareness to all staff and workers for the prevention of accidents, injuries and damage to property.
• Available to work immediately.

Requirements:

Completed a 43-hour Safety Supervisor training organized by OSHC/CIC;

Good command of English and Chinese;

Independent, responsible, reliable, analytical and well organized with good interpersonal skills

At least 3 years of experience in safety supervisor training

Applicants must possess a driver's license
