Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with strong interest in SaaS and AI.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; Cantonese and Putonghua preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of product demos and onboarding for clients.
• Assist in creating customer-facing resources for product adoption.
• Monitor and triage customer inquiries and feedback for product improvement.
