Job summary

Sky Cover Technology Limited is seeking a Client Success Project Manager in Hong Kong to drive customer growth and satisfaction. You will navigate deployments, manage customised requirements, and ensure high-quality delivery after contract signing.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years or more of SaaS, software product, or cloud platform sales experience (experience with education centres, tuition centres, or NGO system integration is preferred)
• Strong performance self-drive and negotiation skills, combined with clear logical thinking and project management capabilities
• Good cross-departmental communication skills, able to understand technical language and translate it into business language that customers can understand
• Strong result-oriented mindset, high stress resilience, and willingness to accept a performance-based compensation structure

Responsibilities

• Actively identify potential customers (such as tuition centres, kindergarten playgroups, music/dance/sports schools, NGOs, etc.) and conduct business development and commercial negotiations
• Deeply understand customer pain points and demonstrate the core value of the CLASSEEK system (such as class booking, student recruitment payment, tutor scheduling, customised themes, etc.)
• Independently complete the entire sales process from customer development, proposal to successful contract signing, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets
• Follow up on system deployment processes after customer contract signing and provide system operation training to ensure smooth customer onboarding
• Precisely clarify requirements for customer-paid customised development features and liaise with the technical team
• Participate daily in technical team stand-up meetings, closely track development progress, and remove delivery obstacles
• Regularly report project progress to customers, effectively manage customer expectations, and ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery
