Job summary

BAH Partners in Hong Kong is seeking a hands-on Rust Developer to design, build and optimize high-performance trading systems for digital assets. You will work closely with trading, quant and engineering teams to deliver production-grade components.

Candidates should have strong Rust experience, exposure to crypto/digital assets, and a track record in distributed, low-latency systems. This role offers the chance to own critical systems from development through production.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial software engineering experience with Rust.
• Prior professional experience within crypto / digital assets is required.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency and performance-focused engineering.
• Experience building production-grade, high-throughput systems.
• Trading, exchange, market connectivity or low-latency experience would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and enhance high-performance trading systems using Rust.
• Develop reliable and scalable components supporting crypto trading workflows.
• Work closely with trading, quantitative and engineering teams on business-critical systems.
• Improve system performance, reliability and overall engineering quality.
• Take ownership across development, testing, deployment and production.
