Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics disciplines.
• Working experience in finance or investment area, understanding of cash equity trading or security lending would be an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills including the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects.
• Strong team interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners.
• Good knowledge of risk management and internal audit practice, IT or auditing-related experience preferred.
• Solid skills in presentation, organizing meetings, research and compiling reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, potential impacts, and mitigation strategies across various processes
• Provide training and guidance to staff on risk awareness, reporting, and management processes
• Continuously monitor the external and internal environment for emerging risks and recommend proactive measures to address them
• Compile and prepare materials such as risk reports, presentations, etc.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferred;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
