Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd invites a Quantity Surveyor to manage tendering, budgeting, and final accounts across pre- to post-contract stages. The role focuses on cost control, payments evaluation, and value engineering for commercial and residential projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher in QS/Construction and has 3+ years' experience. More senior candidates may be considered for a Quantity Surveyor position.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Building or Construction Management.
• Minimum 3 years or solid experience in Quantity Surveyor in commercial, residential
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities

• Handle all QS works major in tendering and operation, pre-contract to post-contract works.
• Evaluating constructor payments, monitoring project costs, assessing completed works, preparing and negotiating final accounts.
• Cost analysis and budgeting, material taking off and pricing.
• EOT applications, interim payments, variations, and final accounts.
• Attend site visits / tender briefing
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned
