Job summary

CBRE Limited seeks an experienced Associate Director to oversee its Operational Resilience Testing and Assurance program. Based in Singapore or Hong Kong, you will lead end-to-end testing, design realistic scenarios, and ensure compliance with ISO 22301/22398 and DORA across global units.

You will collaborate with Operations, Technology and Third Parties, manage the annual testing plan, and drive improvements in resilience posture.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in operational resilience, business continuity, or crisis management.
Experience leading testing and exercise programs including scenario design.
Proficient in managing complex cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies.
Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Familiarity with ISO 22301 and ISO 22398; knowledge of EU DORA.
Excellent communication and influencing senior stakeholders.
Ability to remain calm under high pressure.
CBCI or MBCI certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

Design and execute resilience, business continuity, and crisis management tests across all business lines.
Develop realistic scenarios aligned with top risks and risk intelligence.
Facilitate tabletop exercises across locations with senior stakeholders.
Manage annual testing plan addressing client, regulatory, and audit requirements.
Coordinate testing across Operations, Technology, and Third Parties.
Analyze test outcomes to identify vulnerabilities and improvements.
Monitor closure of actions and remediation plans from testing activities.
Act as deputy to the Director, Crisis Management (APAC).
