Job summary

CBRE Limited seeks an experienced Associate Director to oversee its Operational Resilience Testing and Assurance program. Based in Singapore or Hong Kong, you will lead end-to-end testing, design realistic scenarios, and ensure compliance with ISO 22301/22398 and DORA across global units.

You will collaborate with Operations, Technology and Third Parties, manage the annual testing plan, and drive improvements in resilience posture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in operational resilience, business continuity, or crisis management.
• Experience leading testing and exercise programs including scenario design.
• Proficient in managing complex cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies.
• Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ISO 22301 and ISO 22398; knowledge of EU DORA.
• Excellent communication and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to remain calm under high pressure.
• CBCI or MBCI certifications desirable.

Assoc. Director, Resilience Testing & Assurance

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to oversee our Operational Resilience Testing and Assurance program. Based in either Singapore or Hong Kong, you will ensure our testing activities are robust, credible, and compliant with international standards such as ISO 22301. As a key subject matter expert, you will lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle, manage complex cross-functional exercises, and drive continuous improvement of our resilience posture across global business units.

What you'll do

Design and execute operational resilience, business continuity, and crisis management tests across all business lines.

Develop realistic scenarios aligned with the organization’s top risks and emerging risk intelligence.

Facilitate tabletop exercises and simulations, engaging senior stakeholders across various locations.

Manage a comprehensive annual testing plan that satisfies client, regulatory, and audit requirements.

Coordinate testing activities across multiple functions, including Operations, Technology, and Third Parties.

Analyze test outcomes to identify vulnerabilities, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.

Monitor and challenge the closure of actions and remediation plans arising from testing activities.

Act as deputy to the Director, Crisis Management (APAC), providing support during incident response and crisis activation.

What you'll need

A minimum of 10 years of experience in operational resilience, business continuity, or crisis management, with a focus on testing large-scale plans.

Proven ability to lead testing and exercise programs, including scenario design and facilitation.

Proficiency in managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple internal and external dependencies.

Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and quality.

Familiarity with industry best practices such as ISO 22301 and ISO 22398, as well as international regulations like the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

The capacity to remain calm and effective when working in high-pressure environments or managing conflicting demands.

Professional certifications such as CBCI or MBCI are highly desirable.
