Job summary

The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) is seeking an assistant project manager to oversee renovation and facility upgrade projects from inception to handover. The role requires preparing design specifications for fitting-out, alterations, repairs, and maintenance, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and users.

Applicants should have a Higher Diploma or above in Building Services or related fields, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and a valid Electrical Worker

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Building Studies, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Registered Electrical Worker (License A) required.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage renovation and facility upgrade projects from inception to handover.
• Prepare design specifications for fitting-out, alterations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and users.
