Job summary

VICI Holdings seeks a Hong Kong-based Business Project Manager (Solo IC) reporting to the Head of PM in the CTO Office to support HKEX HFT operations. The role blends broker relationship management, business development, market intelligence, and technical project delivery.

You will build relationships with brokers and EPs, manage DMA/Sponsored Access/BSS initiatives, coordinate HKEX connectivity and co-location, and collaborate with Taiwan teams on incidents, driving efficiencies and trading

Qualifications

• Hong Kong work eligibility required; visa sponsorship not provided.
• 3–5 years' experience within the HKEX ecosystem (HFT firms, brokers, funds, or vendors).
• Strong familiarity with Hong Kong brokers and market participants, with hands-on experience with licensed brokers/desks.
• Ability to independently discover client needs, develop accounts, and manage partnerships.
• Solid understanding of Hong Kong trading fees, commissions, and securities borrowing models.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE/IE or related technical discipline; HKEX infrastructure knowledge.
• Self-driven Solo IC capable of 100% remote/WFH work while managing vendors and projects.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HK brokers, EPs, and market participants.
• Own broker account strategy and partnership management.
• Identify bottlenecks in broker partnerships and translate into optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate HKEX connectivity, testing, and production go-lives.
• Manage co-location infrastructure and dedicated connectivity at HKEX Hosting Data Centre.
• Liaise with Taiwan-based teams for troubleshooting and incident response.
