Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced fund managers to help train an AI language model on professional presentations and slide decks. Ideal candidates have 3+ years at hedge funds or asset managers and can create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across investment pitches, portfolio reviews, and memos.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a research or investing seat at a hedge fund or asset manager
• Track record of pitching ideas via written memos and decks to a PM or investment committee
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: investment pitch decks, position review one-pagers, portfolio review presentations, thesis memos with exhibits, and quarterly LP letter materials
