Job summary

Binance is seeking a proactive Spot Operations professional to keep daily spot trading operations running smoothly and to shape how announcements reach users and regional teams. The role welcomes fresh graduates who can start within 1–2 months, emphasizing data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

You will analyse market and product data, coordinate with overseas partners, and work with Customer Service on spot-related issues while contributing to a fast-paced, remote-friendly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, economics or data-related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration.
• Operations experience preferred in crypto or strong understanding of crypto.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day spot operations for Binance’s trading business.
• Manage spot announcements and keep documentation up to date.
• Analyse market and product data, including regional performance, and prepare reports on request.
• Communicate market updates and product feedback with regional teams.
• Work with Customer Service on spot-related issues, escalations or product feedback.
