• Proven track record in shipping production software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers across frontend, backend and full stack development.
• Own engineering delivery for major product areas with reliability and quality.
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend and AI teams to turn problems into execution.
• Drive architecture decisions across APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
• Set standards around code quality, testing, observability and security.
• Mentor engineers through feedback, coaching and performance management.
• Identify performance gaps and raise the team's bar.
