Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and data mining.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; familiarity with recommendation systems and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior, content quality, creator performance, and feed consumption to identify recommendation opportunities.
• Support optimization of recall, ranking, cold-start, diversity, personalization, and traffic allocation.
