Cosmos One Capital Limited, based in Hong Kong, seeks an experienced wealth management professional to directly serve ultra-high-net-worth clients and family offices. The role focuses on personalized consulting, cross-border allocation, and portfolio optimization in a fast-growing, international environment.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or above and at least 2 years in client services within private banking or wealth management, with strong Mandarin, Cantonese and English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, business or related fields.
• 2+ years of client service experience in private banking, wealth management, family office, or EAM.
• Familiar with HK cross-border wealth management products and family office business.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
• SFC Type 1/4/9 licenses or willingness to take license exams preferred.
• Strong customer service, ethics and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential high-net-worth clients; provide personalized wealth management consulting.
• Assist clients with cross-border asset allocation, family trusts, and portfolio optimization.
• Coordinate with internal teams (investment research, compliance, operations) to deliver high-quality services.
• Participate in marketing activities, industry summits, and client events to expand network.
• Ensure all services comply with SFC regulatory requirements and AML/KYC standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing and potential high-net-worth clients, and providing personalized wealth management consulting services
• Assist clients with solutions for cross-border asset allocation, family trusts, and portfolio optimization
• Follow up on client needs and coordinate with internal teams (investment research, compliance, operations) to deliver high-quality services
• Participate in marketing activities, industry summits, and client's events to expand your business network
• Ensure all services comply with SFC regulatory requirements and AML/KYC standards

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in finance, economics, business or related fields
• 2+ years of client service experience in private banking, wealth management, family office, or EAM related fields.
• Candidates familiar with Hong Kong and cross-border wealth management products and with in-depth knowledge of family office business will be given priority
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English (those with strong bilingual abilities will be given priority)
• Candidates holding relevant licenses (such as SFC Type 1/4/9) or who are willing to take the license exams will be given priority
• Strong customer service awareness, professional ethics and teamwork spirit
