Job summary

OCBC Bank in Hong Kong seeks an International Wealth Premier Banking professional to actively acquire new customers and deepen relationships across the Mainland, Hong Kong, and Singapore. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers to ensure seamless handover and superior service.

Join a team that focuses on growth, compliance, and delivering market insights to clients, with a strong emphasis on cross‑selling wealth products and building lasting client value.

Qualifications

• Degree or above.
• HKSI Paper 1,7,8 and IIQE Paper 1,2,3 will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong presentation skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Actively acquire and prospect new International Wealth Premier Banking customers through various channels and develop relationships.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to ensure smooth hand-over and partnership in managing customer experience.
• Contribute to growth targets through customer count and asset growth.
• Up-sell, cross-sell and provide market information to customers.
• Ensure superior customer service and contribute to overall customer experience.
• Comply with local laws, regulations and bank policies including risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Actively acquire and prospect new International Wealth Premier Banking customers through various channels, develop and strengthen their relationships with the Bank
• Working closely with Relationship Managers to ensure smooth hand-over and partnership in managing customer experience
• Contribute to the bottom-line of International Wealth Premier Banking through the accomplishment of customer count and growth target
• Up-sell, cross-sell and provide regular market information to customers
• Ensure superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of International Wealth Premier Banking
• Compliant with local laws, regulations, bank's policies, including risk management policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Degree or above
• A pass in HKSI Paper 1,7,8 and IIQE Paper 1,2,3 will be an advantage
• Team player, self-initiated and sales-driven with good interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of banking products, such as insurance and wealth management products in mainland, Hong Kong and Singapore is preferred
• Proficiency in MS office applications
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese(Putonghua)
• Able to adapt well in a sales and service oriented environment
• In-depth appreciation of mainland culture and practices
