Job summary

DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Regulatory Reporting professional to manage regulatory reporting for DBS HK entities, including HKMA and SFC disclosures. The role requires hands-on experience in financial and regulatory reporting within a banking environment and a solid understanding of banking products.

The successful candidate will ensure timely submissions, collaborate across departments for regulatory changes, and support audits and disclosures with a focus on accuracy and process

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in financial institutions with hands-on regulatory reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and related accounting/regulatory reporting treatments.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for DBS HK entities regulatory reporting process (HKMA, SFC and SG MAS).
• Assist in preparing financial disclosures in compliance with local accounting standards and HKMA requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory returns and head office reporting.
• Perform impact assessments on accounting and regulatory reporting for current/new products.
• Collaborate with departments to implement changes in regulatory and disclosure requirements.
• Participate in cross-bank system testing and project initiatives.
• Support process streamlining and Gen-AI initiatives to improve efficiency and controls.
• Manage internal and external audits and financial disclosures review.
