香港防癌會现正招聘注册护士，负责为居民及家属提供以舒适、尊严和生活质量为核心的护理服务。将与护理团队、医生及其他科室紧密协作，制定和执行护理计划，确保高质量照护。

任职者需持有香港注册护士执照及有效执业证书，具轮班工作能力并愿意在运营需要时加班；有临床经验（如医疗、老年或肿瘤护理）者优先，夜班独立工作能力者更具优势。

Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Provide the residents and their families with the best compassionate care that focuses on comfort, dignity and quality of life
• Coordinate other members of the nursing team for effective and timely execution of care
• Collaborate with physician(s) and other disciplines to plan the best care for residents and their families

Requirements:

• Holder of a Hong Kong Registered Nurse license and a valid practicing certificate
• Perform shift duties and are willing to work overtime upon operational needs
• Experience in a clinical setting, such as medical, geriatric, or oncological specialty
• Competent in performing night shift duty independently will be an advantage

Remuneration:

• Competitive remuneration package compared to hospital will be offered including annual leave (21-26 days), paid birthday leave, medical coverage, training subsidies and gratuity
• Roster duty required.Extra night shift allowance

Successful candidates will be offered a renewable contract term appointment with up to 10% of total basic salary as contract-end gratuity upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance. Other benefits include public holidays, birthday leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, compassionate leave, medical benefit, MPF, on job training, free shuttle bus service, free meal provided and long service award.
