Job summary

ALL-STAR AGENCY in Hong Kong invites applications for Vice President – IT Audit to lead risk-based IT and Information Systems audit engagements across the region, assessing technology controls, cybersecurity safeguards and IT governance frameworks.

You will join the Asia Pacific Internal Audit function, supporting regional and global IT and Cybersecurity initiatives, engaging senior stakeholders and delivering practical recommendations that strengthen the Bank’s control environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT/IS/CS or related field with professional qualification such as CISA, CIA, CPA.
• At least 8 years in IT or information systems audit within banking/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of IT audit domains including cybersecurity, cloud, AI and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end IT and IS audit engagements across the region, including planning, fieldwork, testing and reporting.
• Assess the design and operating effectiveness of IT and IS controls, identifying weaknesses and improvement opportunities.
• Deliver audit work in line with internal audit methodology and regulatory expectations.
• Support regional and global IT and Cybersecurity audit programs, including reviews of cybersecurity, cloud, and digital banking.
• Apply data analytics and continuous-monitoring techniques to enhance audit coverage.
• Build relationships with management across IT and IS functions and contribute to risk assessments.
