Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead corporate real estate projects for a major financial client. Based in Hong Kong, you will supervise a local project team and interface with the Singapore-based client team to ensure governance, schedule, budget and quality alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in Programme Management, Project Management, Corporate Real Estate, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering workplace projects within financial institutions or highly regulated environments.
• Experience managing office restack, workplace transformation, relocation, and fit-out projects.
• Experience acting as client representative and managing external PM, CM, and consulting teams.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in a complex matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead client representation and governance for Hong Kong portfolio.
• Oversee planning, execution, governance, and reporting of workplace and capital projects.
• Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives, workplace strategy, and corporate standards.
• Drive governance, decision-making, and escalation processes.
• Provide strategic advice on risks, opportunities, and delivery considerations.
