K11 by AC Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial planning, treasury, and reporting functions across the Middle East and UAE entities. You will drive the full FP&A cycle, oversee cross-border cash management, and ensure compliance with UAE tax and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 7–8 years in finance, professional accounting qualifications, and strong Excel-based modelling. Mandarin is a plus, and excellent stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 7–8 years of finance or accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Professional accounting qualification required (ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Familiar with UAE regulations, Corporate Tax, VAT, WPS and MOHRE.
• Experience in F&B and retail industry preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; proficient in Excel.

Aufgaben

• Lead FP&A cycle, including modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to senior management and HQ.
• Manage treasury, cash flow forecasting and cross-border fund transfers.
• Oversee APAR & payment operations across ME entities.
• Support financial reporting, tax compliance and year-end close.
• Act as banking administrator and drive business partnering with operations teams.
• Review vendor contracts and provide financial insight for commercial decisions.
