Job summary

Manulife is seeking a hands-on Customer & Market Insights Manager to lead regional research across Asia and drive monthly tNPS reporting. You will partner with markets to translate business challenges into actionable briefs, manage studies end-to-end, and deliver evidence-based insights for leadership decisions.

You’ll oversee vendor relationships, ensure data quality, and coordinate with Procurement, Finance and Legal on contracts and invoices, enabling continuous improvement across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer or market research, insights or NPS.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering research projects and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, including weighting and sample-size considerations.
• Ability to translate findings into clear insights and business actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional research delivery across Asia and coordinate briefs.
• Clarify business challenges and translate requests into research objectives.
• Oversee studies from proposal through fieldwork, QA and analysis.
• Deliver evidence-based findings and practical recommendations to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, legal on contracts and invoices.
• Manage research vendors and evaluate proposals for value and quality.
• Coordinate monthly tNPS reporting and cross-market insights.
