Job summary

Charterhouse Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Cargo Sales Manager (Airline) to act as the primary regional interface for American Airlines HQ, aligning regional sales strategies, route performance, pricing inputs, and capacity allocation.

You will lead GSA operations across HK, CAN, VN, MNL, and BKK, develop rate structures, optimize capacity, drive revenue, and deliver forecasts, yield analyses, and dashboards to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of commercial experience in air cargo, airline sales, GSA/GSSA, or capacity management.
• Strong knowledge of South China (CAN/SZX) and Hong Kong export air cargo markets; TPAC experience preferred.
• Experience dealing with airline HQs or principals within a GSA environment is advantageous.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua; strong commercial and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the regional interface for American Airlines HQ, aligning regional sales strategies, route performance, pricing inputs, and capacity allocation.
• Lead day-to-day GSA operations across HK, CAN, VN, MNL, and BKK with focus on quality, governance, and compliance.
• Identify new cargo business opportunities, set competitive rate structures, optimize capacity, and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends, freight rate shifts, and supply-demand patterns to translate data into tactical actions.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and resource allocation across regional stations to achieve profitability.
• Deliver regular business reviews, forecasts, yield analysis, and performance dashboards to senior management.
