Job summary

Eclipse Trading is seeking a highly organized HR Recruiter to support the full recruitment cycle for both experienced and graduate hires. You will post jobs, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding, background checks, visas, and relocation as needed.

You will maintain HR records, generate reports, stay current with industry trends, and contribute to a collaborative, diverse culture.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Approximately 1 year of HR or recruitment experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full recruitment cycle for experienced and graduate hires.
• Support onboarding including background checks, visas, relocation logistics.
• Maintain and update HR database and recruitment records.
• Prepare, update, and analyze HR-related reports for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle for both experienced and graduate hires, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination and assessment
• Support the onboarding process, including initiating background checks, coordinating visa applications and handling relocation logistics where required
• Maintain and update the company’s HR database and recruitment records
• Prepare, update, and analyze various HR-related reports to support decision-making
• Assist in organizing team events and employee engagement activities where necessary
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and best recruitment practices
• Support other ad hoc projects as and when necessary

Qualifications

• University graduate or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Approximately 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment (Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome to apply)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly in both written and oral forms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking systems (e.g. Greenhouse) is a plus
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
