MTR Corporation Limited 香港鐵路有限公司 in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned surveying professional to manage and oversee displacement and deformation monitoring of railway structures. The role covers field surveys, supervision of instrumentation, and ensuring data quality.

You will lead the use, maintenance and calibration of survey equipment, participate in project management and contract administration, and support operations during adverse weather or emergencies.

Competenze

• Degree in Land Surveying or related discipline.
• 4+ years of surveying experience with at least 2 years in supervisory roles.
• Experience in project management and contract administration.
• Knowledge of tunnel monitoring, laser scanning, and real-time monitoring is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Manage and implement survey monitoring for displacement/deformation of railway structures regularly.
• Supervise survey and instrumentation monitoring both within and outside railway premises.
• Oversee survey equipment usage, maintenance, calibration and replacement.
