Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Expert to own the core build-out of the R&D Efficiency Platform and reduce delivery costs through automation and AI-native upgrades.

You will design CI/CD pipelines, drive standardization, and implement security gates to protect the supply chain. Strong CS fundamentals and Java expertise are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Solid Computer Science fundamentals (OS, networking, distributed systems, data structures & algorithms).
• Proficient in DevOps toolchains, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and microservice stacks.
• Familiar with DevSecOps concepts and security toolchains, understanding supply-chain security and compliance.
• Knowledge of AI / LLM in engineering-efficiency and CI/CD scenarios, with an AI-Native engineering mindset.
• Familiar with Java stack, with broad awareness of multi-language and business-side technologies.
• Strong product sense, ownership, and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent English communication for efficient cross-regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build core capabilities of the R&D Efficiency Platform and onboard business systems to improve overall engineering efficiency and delivery quality.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Pipeline, ArgoCD), driving standardization, automation, and observability.
• Drive the AI-Native evolution of CI/CD, introducing AI Agent / LLM for intelligent code review, pipeline self-healing, smart test orchestration, and change-risk prediction.
• Build DevSecOps capabilities, embedding Shift-Left Security across the lifecycle with SAST, DAST, SCA, image/secret scanning, and security gates to ensure supply-chain security.
• Establish standardized Change Management, covering requests, risk assessment, approvals (CAB), canary releases, rollback, and change traceability.
• Apply Kubernetes, microservice governance (Nacos, Apollo, Kong), and Aliyun / AWS cloud services to ensure platform stability and scalability.

About The Opportunity

As a Technical Expert, you will own the core build-out of the company's R&D Efficiency Platform, proactively identifying and eliminating risks across the delivery pipeline through CI/CD, DevSecOps, Change Management, and AI-Native upgrades—reducing delivery cost while improving quality and efficiency via platformization and automation.
