Gravitas Recruitment Group (Hong Kong) Limited seeks Quant Developer / Senior - Python (Trading) to join our fast-paced trading technology team in Hong Kong. You will help launch and upgrade live trading systems, fix daily issues, and collaborate with researchers to turn trading ideas into real, functioning platforms.

The role requires fluency in English and Mandarin, strong Python and C++ skills, and a deep understanding of market mechanics such as order matching, fees, and stock borrowing.

Qualifications

• Coding: Proficient in Python and C++ to identify and fix bugs in trading system code.
• Project Skills: Experience launching a new trading market or system from scratch.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Market Knowledge: Understanding of order matching, fees, and stock borrowing mechanics.
