Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group Hong Kong is seeking a skilled engineer to manage live trading systems in global markets, launching and upgrading platforms to support fast, reliable trading.

You will fix daily bugs, work with researchers and programmers, and apply market knowledge to improve performance and reduce costs.

The role requires fluency in English and Mandarin, hands-on coding in Python and C++, and a track record of launching new trading initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing live trading systems in major global markets.
• Proficiency in Python and C++ for debugging and fixes.
• Experience launching a new trading market or system from scratch.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong understanding of order matching, fees, and stock borrowing.
