Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd is assisting an Engineering Industry (Government Sector) client in Ang Mo Kio to hire a Quality Inspector. Mon-Fri, office hours, with up to 4,000 SGD basic salary plus AWS and a variable bonus.

The role focuses on ensuring product and site quality through inspections and documentation. Applicants should have at least an ITE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 2 years of quality inspection experience in related fields.

Qualifications

• Min. ITE in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Min. 2 years of Quality Inspection experience in Manufacturing / Construction / Engineering / Infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.
• ISO 9001 knowledge will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quality inspections for products, equipment, and site installations to ensure work meets required standards.
• Check for defects or quality issues and follow up with relevant teams for rectification.
• Assist with testing and commissioning activities, and maintain inspection records and reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
