Job summary

American Unicorn Laboratories Limited is seeking an Assist QC Manager to support startup activities in the QC laboratory. The role involves qualification of equipment, method validation of finished products and monograph testing of starting materials.

You will help implement process and cleaning validations, maintain GMP-compliant documentation and handle additional QC tasks as needed. Immediate availability is a plus, fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Science (Chemistry / Biology / Pharmaceutical Science).
• Knowledge of GMP/PICS and ISO standards.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in chemistry laboratory work.
• Experience with HPLC, UV, IR and other analytical instruments.
• Team player with good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Hardworking, organized, initiative, self-motivated.
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist Q.C. Manager in monitoring overall activities during the startup process of the QC lab.
• Perform equipment qualification and prepare qualification protocols and reports.
• Perform method validation of finished products.
• Perform full monograph test on starting materials.
• Perform Process validation and Cleaning validation.
• Maintain documentation system in compliance with GMP requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and other QC-related duties.
