Job summary

The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) invites a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer to coordinate IQC activities for residential and commercial appliances and installation materials in Hong Kong.

You will conduct investigations, develop testing methods, and lead calibration and equipment management while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; Assistant Engineer possible for less.
• Fresh graduates welcome with strong learning mindset.
• Experience with Feishu, PowerApps and Power Automate is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills.
• Proficient English and Chinese; Putonghua beneficial.
• Proficient office software; familiarity with AI tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IQC activities and quality assurance programs for appliances and installation materials.
• Conduct quality investigations, defect analysis, and follow up supplier corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain inspection procedures, testing methods, and quality standards.
• Participate in IQC standardization, digitalization, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee laboratory equipment management, calibration coordination, and testing support.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive quality and compliance.
