Job summary

Binance is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join the Futures team, ensuring quality across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. You will contribute to test strategy, execution, and process improvements in a fast-paced, global environment.

You will work with engineers, product managers, designers, and operations to optimize tests, build robust environments, and deliver high-quality releases. Strong coding in Java or Python and experience with automation are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in QA Testing (Automation).
• Strong coding skills with Java or Python and experience using popular automation frameworks.
• Exposure to iOS/Android development is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with mobile-specific testing techniques (performance, Monkey stress, startup time, frame rendering).
• Familiarity with secondary development tools is a plus.
• Adept at designing and executing comprehensive test plans for complex projects.
• Proficient in root cause analysis to diagnose issues affecting software quality.
• Knowledgeable about mainstream AI models with hands-on experience applying them in real-world projects.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Futures' entire software development lifecycle from requirements to delivery and maintenance.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, UX designers, and operations engineers to provide feedback on design and implementation.
• Set up and manage testing environments including Node.js, Java, Go, Python, and local blockchain components.
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and cases.
• Perform extensive testing across Web, Windows, and Mobile OS, including automated scripts.
• Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and efficiency.
