Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Bilingual Cantonese Psychiatrist on a remote contract to support AI model training with culturally nuanced clinical content. The role requires expert psychiatric evaluation, documentation, and bilingual communication in Cantonese and English.

You will contribute to interdisciplinary projects, ensure ethical handling of sensitive case material, and help develop teaching materials and case studies for research and education, with a commitment of 10-40 hours per week.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Extensive experience in psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation within Cantonese clinical settings.
• Proven capability to apply cultural sensitivity and ethical reasoning to complex mental health scenarios.
• Strong background in developing teaching materials or case studies for educational or research purposes.
