Guardian Property Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Property Officer (Middle Shift) or Senior Property Officer (Morning Shift). The role requires good command of English and Chinese and experience in property/facility management with a customer‑oriented, service minded approach.

The position is based in North Hong Kong (Ta Kwu Ling) with morning and middle shifts; PMP / Tier 2 license and a Diploma are preferred for the senior post, along with relevant experience in government

Qualifications

• Minimum education standard of Form 5 or equivalent.
• At least one year’s experience in property / facility management, preferably in government buildings; or a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in security services.
• Shift duty is required (Working hours: Morning Shift: 07:00-16:00 ; Middle Shift: 15:00 - 24:00)
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written English and Chinese
• Possessing valid first-aid certificate, AED certificate is preferable
• Working location: N.T North / Ta Kwu Ling
• Senior Property Officer: Certificate / Diploma or above, preferably in property / facility management or other relevant disciplines, PMP (Tier 2) Licence, and at least three (3) years’ experience in property / facility management, preferably in government buildings
