Job summary

ISS Facility Services Limited in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong is seeking a Finance professional to assist the Finance Director in ensuring timely monthly and yearly financial statements for managed properties under Cap. 344 of the Building Management Ordinance.

You will act as a customer ambassador to Incorporated Owners, coordinating reporting and inquiries with diligence and integrity. The role requires a Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin and at least 3 years in a sizable organization.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in a sizable organization.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the trust accounting team for monthly reporting under PAM.
• Manage timely distribution of monthly reports to managed properties and IO inquiries (occasional after-hours meetings).
• Work cross-functionally within PAM to obtain and reconcile data for monthly and yearly statements.
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure statutory reporting compliance and timely audited statements per Cap. 344.
• Oversee outsourced providers for financial and management reporting tasks as required.
• Provide regular communication and training on processes and systems to staff and outsourced providers.
• Involve, coordinate, and support special projects as needed.
