Job summary

King Deux Search & Consulting is hiring a Project Specialist in Hong Kong. You will support the Project Manager in marketing and operations, coordinating with customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery and customer satisfaction.

You’ll develop detailed project plans, track progress, and maintain documentation. Strong English, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, with knowledge of Web3, Crypto, and GameFi a must.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in project management or web3 business.
• Strong communication, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Strong verbal and written ability in English.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Web3, Crypto, and GameFi is a must.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in marketing and project operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, managing communication, expectations, and deadlines.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage the daily operations of the community and social media, including customer services, technical support, and quality checks.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contract terms, change orders, and invoicing.
• Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and share best practices.
• Assist with the development of proposals and bids for new project opportunities.
