Job summary

ADECCO is seeking a seasoned professional to drive international lighting projects from brief to production. The role covers end-to-end project management, client liaison, and collaboration with suppliers to deliver high-performing lighting solutions.

You will oversee prototyping, testing and documentation to ensure compliance and quality, while translating client needs into manufacturable designs. Strong communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential for global coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Lighting OEM/ODM with end-to-end project management.
• Degree graduates with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin for international client and regional vendor communication.

In this role, you will participate in international lighting projects from initial client briefs through prototyping and final production.

Responsibilities

• Project & Timeline Ownership: Manage end-to-end product development schedules, ensuring key milestones and quality targets are hit consistently.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for international clients, translating their vision into customized, high-performing lighting solutions.
• Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Collaborate daily with manufacturing partners and suppliers on technical specs, design revisions, and production updates.
• Concept to Production: Partner with clients and engineers to adapt artistic design concepts into mass-producible products without sacrificing design integrity.
• Prototyping & Quality Assurance: Oversee iterative testing and prototyping to ensure products meet international safety, performance, and compliance standards.
• Technical Documentation: Draft comprehensive product specifications, engineering guidelines, and manufacturing documentation for production teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven track record in Lighting OEM/ODM, international client servicing and end-to-end project management.
• Degree graduates with outstanding presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional verbal and written skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (required for daily international client and regional vendor communication).
• Prior experience or familiarity with contemporary lighting design or electronic hardware design is a strong advantage.
• Occasional travel is required.
