Job summary

Gammon Construction Limited is seeking a skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Hong Kong. You will prepare and monitor project budgets, measure sub-contracts and support final accounts.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years with contractors, MRICS or MHKIS preferred, strong commercial sense, and fluency in English and Chinese. This role offers a clear career path within a renowned construction group.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction (prefer MRICS or MHKIS).
• At least 6 years of relevant experience with contractors.
• Good commercial and contractual acumen.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

• At least 6 years' relevant experience with experience working in contractors;
• Good commercial and contractual acumen;
• Good communication and problem-solving skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is essential;
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Quantity Surveyor.
