Job summary

CR Construction Company in Hong Kong seeks a Project Operations professional to monitor sub-contractors, attend progress meetings, and assist with drafting and submitting material sample requests. The role focuses on QA/QC, safety plan compliance, and maintaining site records.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Compliance Department, arranging material testing, drafting notices, and ensuring smooth warranty support with clear communication and thorough reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in building construction.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sub-contractors by established drawing and program schedule.
• Attend progress meetings and draft/submit material sample requests.
• Monitor loss of structural/building materials and ensure QA/QC compliance.
• Refer to the site QA and safety plan, coordinate with Compliance for inspections.
• Maintain site structural work quality records and assist with internal/ external audits.
• Arrange material testing, conduct testing, and submit related reports.
• Draft notices of rectification and site memoranda for sub-contractors.
• Maintain close communication during the warranty period and provide services.

Make inspectionwith resident consultant and sub-contractor. Arrange structural materialtesting, conduct and submit relevant reports

Draft notice ofrectification and site memorandum for sub-contractor

Make closecommunication in warranty period, provide appropriate service

Job Requirement:
