Veolia Hong Kong Holding Limited, part of the Veolia Group, seeks a curious and self-driven project lawyer with 3+ years PQE to join our Asia legal team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on pioneering projects in water, waste and energy, reporting to the General Counsel - Hong Kong & Macau.

Based in Hong Kong, you will review and negotiate major contracts, manage disputes, and coordinate external counsel and regulatory changes to support the Group’s sustainability initiatives.

Competenze

• 3+ years PQE with international or multinational law firms or in-house legal department.
• Experience in M&A or transactional construction is preferred.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex contracts.

Mansioni

• Provide legal services for water, waste, and energy projects in HK and Macau.
• Review and negotiate EPC, BOT, DBOM, Services, and O&M contracts.
• Manage disputes, arbitration, and liaise with external counsel.
• Oversee due diligence and regulatory changes impacting the Group.
