Job summary

I.T Group in Hong Kong is seeking a social media execution professional to plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across brand channels including Instagram and RED. You will work with internal teams and our Mainland China social media agency to deliver content smoothly.

Responsibilities include identifying emerging KOLs and artists for OOTD features, drafting English and Chinese copy, and supporting daily channel maintenance and marketing campaigns when capacity allows.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, Fashion, or related disciplines.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media execution, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Instagram and RED platforms, features, and current fashion/lifestyle trends.
• Basic understanding or interest in KOL sourcing and influencer marketing.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, Fashion, or related disciplines.

1–2 years of hands‑on experience in social media execution, content creation, or digital marketing (candidates with relevant internship experience in retail or fashion will also be considered).

Familiarity with Instagram and RED platforms, features, and current fashion/lifestyle trends.

Basic understanding or interest in KOL sourcing and influencer marketing.

Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) to communicate with regional teams, agencies, and external partners.

Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced multi‑brand environment.
