Job summary

Qualifications
- University graduate with at least 2 years of experience in the film or cultural events industry.
- Fluency in English and Chinese, with good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate subtitles translation and liaise with freelancers for timely delivery.
- Assist in organizing festival Q&A sessions and logistics.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize subtitles translation, and source subtitles for the Festival;
- Liaise with freelancers and monitor the progress of all subtitles translation;
- Edit, proofread and fact-check subtitles;
- Coordinate with internal staff to ensure the delivery of subtitles is on schedule;
- Assist in the coordination of the festival Q&A sessions and compile schedule;
- Liaise and coordinate with moderators and interpreters for Q&A sessions;
- Assist in the implementation of other logistics needs as required;
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or management.
Requirements:
- University graduate or equivalent;
- At least 2 years' working experience;
- Experience of working in film industry, cultural events;
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua, knowledge of other languages will be an advantage;
- Good communication skills;
- Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel and Access); and
- Required to work overtime and irregular hours including full-day work on weekends and public holidays during certain periods.
