Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a proactive product professional to help prepare customer-centric product solutions and materials for development and governance. The role involves regular market intelligence, collaboration with stakeholders, and support for post-launch initiatives.

Fresh graduates or those with limited experience may join as Assistant Product Officer, with emphasis on business acumen, presentation skills, and bilingual communication in English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• University graduate in discipline such as marketing, business, statistics or actuarial.
• Fresh graduates will be considered as Assistant Product Officer.
• Good business acumen and marketing sense.
• Team player, able to work independently.
• Innovative with good presentation skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in research and ability to synthesize management information.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, written Chinese, and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Be key resource of the team in preparing product solutions to support company’s goals in providing customer-centric product solutions.
• Prepare and review product materials to facilitate product development and governance.
• Conduct market intelligence analysis regularly to gain insight on market and product trends and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely product initiatives and launches.
• Support ongoing product maintenance and address product-related queries from internal and external teams.
• Assist with the special quotation process to meet business needs.
