Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a Product Manager to own an AI-powered development platform, guiding strategy from concept to production. Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a technology-led environment.
• Experience delivering platforms from concept to PoC to production.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and cloud-based architectures.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, data platforms, or automation.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with engineering and cloud teams (AWS) to design, build, and refine developer tools
• Lead proof-of-concepts and experiments, guiding successful ideas from pilot to production
• Drive initiatives related to Digital Twin and operational analytics platforms
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user journeys, and success metrics
• Help streamline UI/UX and developer experience, including IDE-based workflows

The Successful Applicant

• 6+ years' experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a technology-led environment

• Comfortable operating in a regulated or enterprise environment

• Familiarity with developer workflows (Git, CI/CD, modern DevOps practices)
• Experience supporting innovation, research, or emerging technology initiatives
