• AIoT Product Development: Lead or assist in the end-to-end development of our proprietary sensors (LiFY-T series), from conceptual design to prototype testing and firmware integration.
• PCB Design & Hardware Engineering: Design and optimize PCB layouts, ensuring high performance in low-power, wide-area network (LPWAN) environments (NB-IoT/LoRaWAN).
• Manufacturing & Production Management: Coordinate with manufacturing partners to oversee production cycles, manage the Bill of Materials (BOM), and ensure supply chain efficiency.
• Quality Assurance (QA): Implement and manage rigorous testing protocols for hardware resilience (IP-rating certification, battery life stress tests) and data accuracy.
• Product Design & Presentation: Contribute to the aesthetic and functional design of hardware enclosures; prepare technical presentations and live demonstrations for international stakeholders.
• Global Business Development Support: Actively participate in the company’s global expansion, including business trips to Mainland China for production oversight and participating in international tours/exhibitions (e.g., Europe, North Africa, North America) for market development.

Academic & Professional Requirements

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Technical Proficiency: * Strong foundational knowledge of PCB design software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCad).
  • Familiarity with hardware-software integration for IoT devices.
• Competitive Edge: Past experience in a University Robotic Team (e.g., Robocon, MATE ROV, or similar competitions) is highly preferred and considered a significant plus.
• AI Literacy: Proficiency in using AI agents (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and other AI-driven productivity tools to optimize engineering workflows, coding, and problem-solving.
• Language Skills: * Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must for technical documentation and cross-border collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese or other languages (e.g., French, Spanish, or Portuguese) is a significant advantage.
