Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and optimize all engineering activities, including sampling and product review, and ensure projects comply with company policies.

You will manage daily operations, drive KPI delivery across production, quality, safety, logistics and maintenance, mentor team members, and travel to China as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering.
• 6-8 years in project follow up in toy trading/factory.
• Experience in production, quality, safety, logistics and maintenance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve workflow issues.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
• Willingness to travel to China.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor and enhance efficiency and effectiveness of engineering activities, including sampling and product review.
• Ensure engineering projects and processes conform to policies and objectives.
• Lead daily operations of the engineering team and deliver KPIs for engineering/technical functions.
• Guide team members to shape structure and solve problems consistently.
• Oversee product costing, budgeting and control of repair and maintenance costs.
• Typically report to top management.
