Job summary

Agoda, part of Booking Holdings, is seeking a senior Product Designer to shape the guest booking experience across Agoda's products. You will work with a product manager, engineers, researchers, and cross-functional partners to drive your segment and gather feedback directly from customers and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes running discovery, crafting sophisticated flows, system-level thinking, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web-based products; in-house designer experience highly preferred
• You work alongside your design partners in driving discovery and ideation workshops and align the group around a vision and approach
• You can think and craft at a system level, not just interface elements or pages
• You’ll regularly make use of your soft skills: listening, negotiating, decision‑making
• You can balance multiple priorities and successfully deliver in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

What Product Design Looks Like at Agoda

As a product designer at Agoda, you'll collaborate with a product manager, 6-8 engineers, researchers, and cross-functional partners. Together, you'll drive your segment of Agoda, deliver solutions to challenges, and gather feedback directly from customers and internal stakeholders.

Role in the CEG Team

The Customer Experience Group (CEG) Consumer team designs self-service tools that help customers resolve booking issues. You'll shape how customers solve problems reducing friction and frustration. As a senior designer, you'll lead the direction and execution of these experiences across the space you own.
