Job summary

Waylung Waste Services Limited, a subsidiary of Veolia Hong Kong & Macau, is seeking a procurement professional to coordinate end-to-end purchasing, RFQ management, and supplier governance in Hong Kong. The role emphasizes integrity, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with stakeholders to deliver on-time procurement plans, support budget targets, and help drive sustainable waste management initiatives within the group.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in procurement / purchasing / supply-chain or other business related field
• 1-3 years of relevant procurement experience
• A high level of integrity, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to compliance
• Experience in waste management, recycling, or environmental services is a distinct advantage
• Candidate with more experience will be consider as Procurement Officer

Responsibilities

• Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to identify and understand core procurement requirements.
• Coordinate and execute tailored procurement plans to deliver project milestones on time and within budget.
• Drive end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing, managing RFQs, and facilitating competitive tendering processes.
• Support seamless administrative operations to ensure all purchasing initiatives align with overarching corporate goals.
• Uphold high standards of integrity and governance by ensuring full adherence to Veolia's policies, approval flows, and delegated authorities.
• Build strong collaborative relationships across operational, commercial, and finance teams.

Education

Diploma in procurement / purchasing / supply-chain or related field
