Job summary

ERM in Hong Kong seeks a Consulting Associate to grow the business in process safety, data analysis, risk and reliability assessment, and safety management for oil, gas, refinery and chemical sectors. The role involves hazard identification and risk studies (HAZID/HAZOP/QRA) and requires willingness to travel regularly to client sites.

Candidates with data analysis skills (Python, R), reliability assessment, and CFD knowledge will be well-suited. Strong English and Mandarin are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year relevant experience in risk assessment or design safety engineering; fresh graduates welcome
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Excellent English and Mandarin language skills, both spoken and written
• Motivated to travel region-wide and worldwide regularly

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in data analysis, hazard identification and risk assessment studies (HAZID, HAZOP, QRA, RAM) for process plants
• Contribute to risk analysis in oil & gas, refinery, chemicals and petrochemicals sectors
• Travel regularly to meet client needs and support project delivery
