Job summary

CMB International Capital Corporation Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate, Private Insurance Advisor in Wealth Management Product Department to provide comprehensive insurance solutions and support to wealth management relationship managers.

You will coordinate with departments on strategies, deliver teach-ins and reviews, assist branches with policy delivery, and help implement sales plans across designated regional branches.

Qualifications

• Work experience: More than 3 years in insurance-related industry
• Education: Bachelor degree or above; Licensed in Insurance business in Hong Kong (Paper 1 and Paper 3) is required
• Decency, integrity, professionalism, aspiration and teamwork skills
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; familiarity with Mainland China market is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive solutions, client consulting and sales support to wealth management relationship managers
• Coordinate with relevant departments on business strategies, product marketing plans and domestic bank branch synergies to promote insurance referrals
• Provide targeted teach-in sessions and product reviews to regional relationship managers and responsible personnel
• Assist domestic branches in delivering insurance policies and other documents, and ensure timely handover registration
• Support relationship managers in planning and implementing sales strategies for designated branches
• Assist with follow-up customer services such as fee renewals and service preservation
• Support daily task running, respond to various situations, and help product managers analyze and solve problems
• Complete other tasks assigned by the department
